Heineken® launches its “Afterwork by Heineken®” campaign with the “Clock-out! It's Afterwork Time” concept, to encourage office workers on the importance of Work-Life Balance together with quality socializing that will create a quality moment after work where everyone can do what they like, spend time with their loved ones, or even social gathering with friends. By collaborates with 20 new generation companies in Thailand, including organize special activities at 100 restaurants and outlets for Thai people to refresh and enjoy the Afterwork moment throughout the year.

In Thailand, the Work-Life Balance trend has been a big thing among salaried workers. Everyone agrees to work during business hours only and tries their best to have some rest time afterwork. But in reality, office workers still adopt an “Always-On Work Culture,” which causes them to always work without boundaries. As a result, they can feel restless afterwork and potentially create a negative impact on both themselves and others around them.

The “Afterwork by Heineken®” campaign aims to create positive moments after work, by partner with 20 new generation companies that share the same culture and value in promoting Work-Life Balance among their employees. The companies include What The Duck, Warner Music Thailand, Major Cineplex Group, The Standard, ConNEXT by Techsauce, Asia City Media Group (BK Magazine), and Mission To The Moon.
