Thai Asia Pacific Brewery Co., Ltd., or TAP, led by Mr. Sompon Sinklang, Senior Corporate Communication Manager (2nd from the left), together with Ms. Pongpaka Bhavabhutanon Na Mahasarakarm, Sustainability and Responsibility Manager (1st from the left), received an honorary certificate for their contribution to green space expansion from Mr. Suthee Thongyam, Nonthaburi Governor (1st from the right) at the Nonthaburi City Hall. This recognition acknowledges the alignment of the “TAP Road to Net Zero” project with the environmental aspect of the “Nonthaburi 6D, Livable City” government initiative. The project involved tree planting in the pilot project area (16000 sq.m forest) and areas in the silver trumpet garden located in the brewery, aimed at carbon credit capture. Additionally, tree saplings were distributed on National Tree Day, extending the initiative to the community. TAP has planted over 5,500 green trees within Nonthaburi in the year 2023 and has planned to continue its environmental efforts in the future.
